Samsung ML-2510 Laser Printer Buy.com for $24.99

I just bought a Samsung ML-2510 for $24.00 after rebate and GCO $20 off $80 offer

GCO = Google Checkout Offer (E-mailed to members)

Click Link below:

Link to Printer

If you don't have the GCO $20 off, use the 5% off here: Link to 5% off (Credit SD for link)

$50.00 Rebate

You can't combine the 5% and the GCO offer, I tried...

Many similar deals in the past, but new $50 coupon.

You have to be signed up for Google Checkout at Buy.com to get the offers e-mailed to you.

thanks my old printer broke down and I was looking for one of those. even though I don't have the GCO offer 40 bucks is still a good deal to me 🙂

thanks again

I need a new laser - but under what email was the GCO offer mailed, and when? (Yes, I have an account, don't recall seeing it, so may have inadvertently deleted it)

You could try to place the order on buy.com, proceed to checkout (using Google Check Out) and see if it still exists in your account.

It was not a "code" per se, just an e-mail telling you to use GCO for any purchase over $80.00 and receive $20.00 off.

It is either applied to your account or is isn't. Sorry I could not be more clear... anyone else wanna chime in?

Any good place for cheap toner?

A good question - I got a 2851ND from the egg a couple of months ago, and had to replace the toner already. There doesn't appear to be any compatible or remanuf cartidges available (yet?), and the best price I found on an OEM cartridge (5K pages) was about $100 shipped.

Use toner refills. They save you a ton of money.

I have always bought toner cartridges, but took a chance on some toner refills I found on eBay and they work perfectly. Cost me $18, which is much, much, much better than $60+ for new cartridges.

A couple of things to note though if you go the refill route:

1. Empty out your old cartridge completely.
2. Do it in a well ventilated area.
3. You will seriously come out looking like you've been in a coal mine.
4. Blow your nose for a dark surprise.

Are there different toners that are appropriate for different printers, or is toner toner? Are there any sites that talk about gotchas (like sensors that need to be dealt with, etc.)? I've never used refills (well, not that _I_ did the refilling on) but I'm used to printers that use big cartridges (15-20K pages) and with cheap compatible/remanufactured cartridges available. At $100 for 5K pages, I need to find something besides what I've found so far 🙂...

Check ebay, they have 3-packs of refill kits formulated (so they say) for this printer for $20 or there are 3k yield cartridges starting around $35.

I'm not exactly sure how it works, but I do know they separate different refills for different printers on their personal website. Or you enter your model number and it finds the compatible refill kits. You can also check eBay feedbacks for personal experience, which I did before I purchased the refills.
