Samsung MightyDrive .. USB Disk Pro software doesn't work

I bought a Samsung Mightydrive 2GB. It comes with a file on it called UDPV233. I assume this is for formatting/security options, but when I run it, it just says "Please insert the device or please run this utility as privileged user." I'm logged in with admin privs on Windows. Anyone else have this problem?
