Samsung M.2 stuck in sleep mode?

I have a Samsung 850 pro M.2 drive that is my OS drive. Yesterday I went to down my system and hit sleep mode by accident. I got the system out of sleep mode and shut it down.

When I rebooted later the drive is no longer accessible and not found by the bios.

I read that SSD drives can have power problems if they are put in sleep mode (not wake up)

If this is the case with my drive how do I wake it up?

Go find out the real model name, because details like that tend to actually matter.

Typo I meant 950 Pro M.2

And good idea I will remove it then boot up to bios, shut back down and install it and see what happens.

Did not work, I put in a new 970 and the bios found it so the 950 must be dead.
