Samsung LN46A650 + PS3 over HDMI issue

Setup: PS3 --> over HDMI to H/K AVR-247 receiver ---> TV

Problem: When watching a Blu-Ray disk the screen just goes black for a second or two about 15 minutes into every movie I watch. It picks right back up and plays fine after that second or two but it's frustrating.

I never had this issue with the LG Plasma I had prior to the Samsung LCD. It doesn't happen with DVDs or with games or with HD content on TV. Only with Blu Rays.

Any guesses what's going on?

Yep. Your H/K receiver may be having an issue keeping the HDMI connection between the 650 and the PS3. I want to say I heard of this issue with the H/K receivers, but don't hold me to it. Double check in AVSforum for your H/K receiver to see if any issues like this have been reported (H/K and Samsung LCD compatibility issues).
