Samsung LN32A300 for $499 a good deal?

Seems a lot of stores are selling the TV at this price range. Is it a good value? What's the difference between that and the 330 model? Heard it's an older model so I don't know if I should wait for some better deals.
 
Anything with an A in the name from Samsung is a 2008 model. As for that particular model I am not sure what the difference between it and an A330 is, however I would take a Samsung for 500 bucks over pretty much any other brand TV in that price range.
