Samsung LN3251D, should I buy it?

I saw this LCD monitor is circuit city and I was amazed for its resolution and clarity. It's priced at 1699.99 but I will be buying it from www.buydig.com for 1258 and free shipping 🙂 This is a 32" LCD monitor with 2 HDMI inputs, HD Built-in and 4000:1 contrast ratio and it has a tabletop swivel stand, and of course it has a VGA out for PC compability. I will be using this to watch DVD movies most of the time, watching TV, playing games and everyday use type of thing. Do you think its worth it or should I just buy a Samsung 204B or equivalent?
