My assumption is that this is the appropriate forum, but if not, by all means send me running... 🙂

Aside from ports, bezel, what is the actual difference b/n these screens:

BX2350: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001420

BX2450: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001421

BX2431: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001440

I can't seem to find any real differences.... and the price is the same, actually the 2450 is $50 cheaper on the 'egg right now, I'm just about ready to pull the trigger on that one...

first one is 23" other 2 are 24" other than that ???

Umm, right, sorry, I meant besides the 1" difference as well.

I'm just noticing that companies like Samsung, Asus, etc.. seem to have a thousand different models in the same size category, and I can't really seem to find a significant difference, I mean, they're all TN's (at that price range) with similar contrast, refresh, etc... so why are they putting out all these different models.

Take the 2450 and the 2431, for example - no difference so why have two different models?

BX2431 looks the best suited for the 3xmonitor setup (of the 2, 24" monitors there)

it has "LED Backlight" under features, which the 2450 doesnt seem to have, it also has "Glossy Black" instead of "ToC Charcoal Grey" cabinet. It looks like the cabinet is smaller on the 2431, so you could fit 2-3 closer together than the 2450's probably, which mess less of that gap between screens.

actually, they both are LED backlight, yet another reason things get so confusing...

hadn't thought of the multi-monitor setup.....

Thanks for the thoughts, folks. Guess I just need to dig in and do some more serious research.....
