A couple of months ago I used Samsung Knox workspace to save some important files and pictures, but the app doesn't let me in anymore.
The Samsung "my Knox" app said (still does) my device isn't supported. Therefore I tried everything and somehow accessed the files from Samsung knox workspace app.
Recently, the workspace app has just disappeared from my launcher. The workspace app exists in my app manager, but I can't access it.
Sometimes, I get some messages from the snapchat app on workspace, which I can access from the notification, but I still cannot get my files out.
I would really like to get those files back, and use secure folder or something instead.
No help on the support page or any forums.
I use a European Galaxy S7.
