A while back I posted a thread saying that my phone had water damage and is now showing weird colors on the screen. Then all of a sudden , the screen goes blank in a couple of months, and beginning today, I can't press the send button, or left and down arrow buttons. This all happened beginning in May or so, until now.

I did some research, and it sppears that I'm not the only one with this problem, and it ISN'T due to water damage. I am trying to send the phone in because its still under warranty. Here is the problem though. i went to samsung's website, and found 2 numbers for mobile phone warranties:
1 800 SAMSUNG
1 888 987 HELP
The first one didn't work, it was some other company, and the second one doesn't exist, what the heck?

Does anyone here know what number I can call? Please?

the phone I got isn't typically carried by T-mobile, will it still work? The sales person said that I can't get insurance for it because its a phone not carried by t-mobile, but will t-mobile help me rma it?

If you purchased the phone through the carrier, then they are responsible for the 1-year mfg warranty. If you bought it off the Intranet or something like that, then you have to deal with the mfg directly, email their customer service and they'll direct you to a service center.

I dunno, contact t-mobil. I bought my phone through an e-tailer, and cingular sent me a phone with return shipping for the fscked one.
