Not at the same time. They might have a US release later but since nothing has been announced it may be a while.
 
That 1.7GHz band on it seems to sort of shout T-Mobile USA. They are the only ones in the whole world using that band.

I'm in Europe right now, and I saw an ad for it in a mall yesterday. They had a big billboard and a couple of people handing out leaflets about it. But I can't seem to find it for sale over here anywhere yet.
