It's way thicker, worse camera, less storage, a gig less ram, 1.2 instead of 1.5ghz, smaller screen. And it doesn't have a samoled screen.

Well then advertise it as such, don't say that it is a smaller GS3 for $300 less. There are reasons that it is cheap, and I listed a bunch.

Cameras are junky but this has a full-size 2100mah battery powering a 4" WVGA screen and downclocked S4. Even on LTE this should have some nice battery life.

I don't care much about camera on phones, but this phone has lots of negatives.
This isn't likely to be picked up by developers, doesn't come in a GSM variant, and isn't guaranteed to get Key Lemon Pie.

I don't think it is (but I have big hands)......but I certainly wouldn't want anything bigger.

Looking at my old phone (Galaxy S) and it's TINY in comparison now (looks weird)

Isn't there a crappier s4 processor called the S4 play? Does this phone use that processor?

Ignore, I did it search and it looks like it uses the normal s4 processor.

Although they got a while to go till they reach the build quality & specs of the Nexus, the price is in the right direction and it has LTE for those who really need/want it.

this is the first time verizon has sold a phone at retail price that low. plus it has a decent cpu. they sorta have to throw a bone to the unlimited data guys
