Here I am starting a new thread for Samsung GALAXY S4 LTE. Samsung Introduces GALAXY S4 LTE-A Smartphone. Samsung say's it is the the world’s first commercially available LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) smartphone.

Is this new LTE standard even offered by the U.S. carriers? I mean, we have a lot more ground to cover..

T-Mobile claims that they will enable it in a few places before the end of the year.
I'm guessing by few they mean 5 or less.

Yah seriously. From what I can see in my area, LTE coverage is very scarce. I am generally satisfied with the speed of HSPA. (5~7 Mbps down)

Nothing against progress, however. I just want it to benefit more consumers.

yes Lopari it is not, according to this news post ( techreleased.com/mobiles-gadgets/samsung-introduces-galaxy-s4-lte-a-smartphone/ )
"Samsung’s introduction of the GALAXY S4 LTE-A, the world’s first LTE Advanced-capable smartphone" but for Samsung LTE they said in the last paragraph before its specification "The GALAXY S4 LTE-A will be available this summer starting in Korea"
