Samsung Galaxy S4 Contract UK help! :(

Ok so I want to buy a GS4 on mobilephonesdirect.

Basically I never purchased a Contracted phone in my life, only pay as you go.

So I want to ask some questions before buying.

when it says Phone *Price £94.99* that means I need to pay £94.99 ONLY ONCE right?

and my last question is. Is the SG4 on 4G or 3G? (it does not state in the description)

The phone price probably also mentions the required service price. That's the only recurring part.

i9505 is 4g, i9500 is 3g. I believe most UK sellers have the i9505.

Edit: I checked the web site and it looks like they're selling the i9505. You could call/email them if you want absolute verification.

Of course you won't get LTE reception unless your carrier offers it.

The phone price is a one off payment then you pay the monthly price for the contract/phone deal.

the SGS4 has all the 4g bands that will be used in the UK but only EE provide 4g service at the moment as the others are in the process of rolling it out.

Provided they get a good signal in your area I would highly recommend 3 as they have a brilliant data plan, very good speeds and allow tethering on their top plan. This month I have downloaded over 125GB of data while tethering and they do not throttle or cap you.
