That's what I currently have. What makes that a good upgrade? I know the camera is a lot nicer, but anything else?
Better display with up to 120Hz refresh rate HDR10+, 1750 nits (peak)
Better speakers
Faster with Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1
Lower latency, with smoother SPen performance
4 years of OS upgrades & 5 years of security updates
I get great 5G in Charlotte NC w/TMobile

I am glad I upgraded. My note 10+ was 4G only. I got very respectable performace on it & the phone performed great but it was time for me
.

I have the Note 10+ and S22 Ultra and as devil's advocate, here are some reasons to possibly consider staying with the Note 10+ at least another year.

* Some may consider the power and volume buttons on the left side and the pen silo on the right side to be easier.
* Both phones have 6.8" screens and nearly identical height and width, but the Note 10+ is noticeably thinner and lighter.
* If camera quality isn't super important, then you might appreciate the Note 10+ has a nearly flush camera housing, something note seen on a flagship phone for couple years now.
* Note 10+ has the same 12GB of RAM as the S22 Ultra (entry S22 Ultra model starts at 8GB).
* Snapdragon 855 still is capable.
* Note 10+ just got Android 12, so still running latest version of Android.
* Note 10+ has a micro SD slot.
