Hi fellow Anandtech members.
I just wanted to run this problem by some others to see if anything else could be wrong.
I have had my galaxy s for over a year now. I am very happy with it, except for the current problem.
I spilled some beverage on my desk and kind of soaked it.
So I turned it off, pulled it apart and let it dry.
Now I have the following problem.
Whenever I use it for anything except phoning and texting, like if I open the kindle app or the web browsing app, usually in less that 5 min it dies and I have to pull the battery and then plug it in to charge it.
If i leave it plugged in while in use, its fine.
This is the sign of a screwed up battery correct?
I just want some opinions before I blow money on a new battery
