That's actually a nice deal, your getting a quad-core processor, nice quality screen, the stylus for a low price. Some will not like the Samsung "touchwiz" interface but that can easily be changed if one wants to...

Yep, head over to XDA and there is lots of Note 10.1 goodness. Was going to spring for a Tab 2 refurb, but deal this is calling my name. One thing to keep in mind: Samsung does NOT warrant refurbished devices, so if you root and brick it, you're stuck. Even if you can get it back to stock, it's still yours.
