Did I make the right choice in picking this drive? RAID 0 with Samsung F3 500gB's....

I'm pretty sure those are the ones with 1 500GB platter? If so yeah, those seem to have the highest sequential write/read rates.

If you were looking for raw speed, you probably could have got a 60gb indilinx SSD for what you paid for those drives. If you just want a ton of capacity with a bit of a speed boost then the F3 is one of the fastest 7200rpm drives you can get
