Actually, I'm seeing a price of $53.99. The coupon code is 10%, and the drive costs $60 before code, so $6 off seems like the maximum you'll get.

Man, that's cheap as hell!
Agreed. Agreed. Just pd $54.50 @ Mertline. This is my favorite spindle drive. Cheap and fast!
Same here. :)
Fast drive, but loud as hell.
That hasn't been my experience with this drive, but, then again, a lot of people would consider the fans in my Antec 900 case to be loud even though I don't think that they are, so...

Strange. The coupon only gave me one discount. Are you guys just placing two orders?

Anyways, just bought one drive. Probably enough for me as a spare.

These have readily been on sale for ~$55 for a year now. I'm bummed that HD prices have been holding steady for a while now. They seem to go through steady periods followed by rapid decline.

HDDs don't get much cheaper than $50...of any size. A 160gb is $40. Still, for a 50 dollar bill, this is lots o' drive.

Not trying to revive an old(ish) thread, but I rec'd my drive on Monday. I was very surprised by the fast shipping and the packaging was much better then with Amazon on these drives. Unfortunately the plastic clamshell had opened during shipping so the drive was free to move around more then I was really comfortable with. Definitely a great deal though :D
