Remember how the N40 just missed out on both samsung 800mhz/1600mhz GDDR3 ram and 512MB modules last april timescale ?.

Well we know there is 512MB ram version avail now the ram is avail to customers, also with new higher 1000mhz/2000mhz DDR 512MB modules testing.
