Samsung DDR333 model number help???

First off i gotta say I've always been a crucial person myself and this is the frist time i've ever considered switching so I need some help. I want to buy Samsung True DDR 333 2700 ram from newegg.com but my only problem is that the give you 5 different possible versions that you might recieve and i don't know how to tell the difference between them and from what I have read there is big performance difference...
The model numbers are:
M368L3223CTL-CB3
M368L3223DTL-CB3
M368L3313CTL-CB3
M368L3313DTL-CB3
M368L3223DTM-CB3

Could someone please be so kind as to help me understand the difference between these models and which is the best... and since I wouldn't get a choice of the model (neweggs way of doing it) should I order it even though I might get a the bad one (if there is one).??

thank you... but thats all foreign to me I was hoping i could get an explaination in simpler terms and which one is the best.
 
ahh... got it... from what im gathering its all single sided so i guess my question is now.... is it still ok to put a heat spreader on single sided ram? (i'm sorry if its a dumb question.)
