Samsung CTL or DTL PC2700? Which is better?

I have heard conflicting things. I heard that the CTL OC's better... but that seems kinda countrintuititve.

Anyone out there know the answer?

 
CTL is better though i dont think they sell samsung 2700 w/ CTL anymore because CTL chips are going into the 3000 , 3200, and 3500

CTLs definitely overclock better
