Hi I don't know if this place even has a television forum, I dont even know if its for anything but computers but maybe you could help me.

I'm looking at a Sansui DTV2760 27" HD Ready CRT TV

All I have right now is an old SD huge TV that looks crappy. Now I've looked on the internet and apparently CRT is cathode ray tube, which means nothing to me.

MY question is, CRT TV's and LCD TV's, do they look extremely different, even when playing something in high definition? Im pretty sure this is a good teal since it can have highdefinition for my 360 and the like, but I'd like some input

thats the differences.

edit: they can look very different depending on manufacturer and how well it was made. a cheap lcd will look worse than a decent crt. but a high quality expensive lcd, will probly look better than a crt.
