More flash drive benchmarks. For some reason, this drive will NOT detect properly, in my main OS installation, which is an upgraded Windows 10, to 1903. A relatively fresh install of 1903 on same physical PC will see it fine, as will another PC running 1809 in the same model case. So it appears to be a software problem with my OS installation. I did flash the newest BIOS(es), too, with a lot of "improved USB compatibility" notes.
