Samsung 955DF for $202 shipped, is it worth it?

I'm trying to talk myself out of buying a Samsung 955DF for $202 shipped (starts 7/1) but that's a really great price. My question is on my current Dell P991 (Sony G400) I run it at 1280x1024@85, would the 955DF be able to run at something comparable?

Is there any reason not for me to buy it?
 
Sorry I should have clarified, the Samsung 955DF is for a new rig I'm building my girlfriend (Duron 800/256/30/Radeon32).

Of course I'm going to keep the Dell P991 🙂
 
Damn, I bought mine for a little over $300, $222 is an excellent excellent price!!!! makes me want to cry 🙁
 
I bought one 3 weeks ago and paid $300. oh well. But it is VERY nice. This replaced my non-flat dead 19" and I'm very pleased. If you can get it for $202, I'd say go for it.
 
Doh! Sure, it's worth it. On the same deal, the 753DF 17" is just $114 after the $40 MIR. I think they are both worth that. Definitely.
