staples pricematch to www.dell.com for $265 + $20 shipping
use staples $40 off $200 coupon = 285 - 40 = 245 (not including tax)

not quite as hot a deal as back in the salad days when onvia had
it for $270 w/ free shipping.

only real hitch is that on dell site, you have to fill in shipping info
(name adress etc) to find out the shipping price; dunno if any given staples
CSR will balk at doing so.

the csr wont' let me use the 40 off 200...needed a divident number or something...then i gave a 30 off 150 and he let me use that...total with tax in CA was 270...$14 more than the 19" NEC a week ago...but this one is flat...the NEC was not...good job finding the deal

no, it's not. However, i must admit it's a heck of a monitor-especially for under $300! I also got it from Onvia some time ago and I love it! :)

As an alternative, this place has the Samsung 955DF for $262. Add about $38 for ground shipping and mail in the $30 rebate and you come out to $270.

THIS ITEM IS IN BACKORDER AND SHOULD BE IN STOCK IN 5-7 DAYS ACCORDING TO THEIR SITE...

Gittyup,

I ordered that monitor from emscomputing on Feb 1st when I was "in stock" for $283 b4 shipping. I was not told until 6 days later that it was backordered. Then the website said their shipment was due in a week. Two more days later I called to cancel but was told their shipment came in "the day before". However, the CSR told me they could at the best get my monitor shipped next week since it was already Thursday, feb 8th (duh...). I cancelled my order anyways since I couldn't trust them anymore.

It seems to me that I couldn't get my monitor until at least half month later, I don't know when one can get it if ordering now.

ps, I am gonna to resellerrate them too.

I bought the 950p for my gf and suggested it to my roommate. very nice monitor. I only ordered the 955df because it's flatter (not perfect flat tho, you can go to your local compUSA to see it), and with the rebate it isn't much more than the 950p. Seems I should go back to the 950p, according to lizardboy's observation. But does anyone have any advice on if I should get the 950p or the NEC FE950 from staples found in this thread?

I got mine for christmas, told my girl to use the $40 off at staples/free shipping was about $270. Also got that 5" b/w t.v. with it. Good monitor for the price, really wanted this one because it had 2 inputs.
