I have the Samsung 931B LCD and love it. Don't know what the difference is between the B and c.

I'll post info here as I find it.

Right now I know it's the official monitor of the World Cyber Games (gaming monitor) and offers 97% of the NTSC gamut (vs. 72% of typical monitors).

Facts: There aren't any reviews of it yet. Viewing angle will be the same as every other inexpensive Samsung (TN). Higher color gamut (97% NTSC) from new CCFL (backlight) phosphors.
Speculation: It will turn out to be better than the 940BF (currently the best gaming monitor). Better color and just as fast at a very affordable price. Dithering will still be used.
