This week, Staples has the Samsung 931b 19" 8ms LCD (with DVI) for $269.98 - $70 easy rebate = $199.98.

Best Buy has this monitor on sale for $199.99 with no rebates.

Buy the monitor at Staples and pricematch to Best Buy's ad :

$199.98 pricematch - $6.99 (110% Staples price guarantee) - $70 Staples easy rebate = $122.99 (+ sales tax on $192.99).

(You can try throwing in the Staples 12% coupon also, but that will definitely be YMMV...)

Staples is supposed to take their rebates into account now when doing PM. Some stores may not enforce this, but it is the policy now. Online is a non-starter, all the CSR's take rebates into account.

Nice LCD for a nice price, but these deals are getting harder.

YMMV. You might find a clerk/mgr. at a store that doesn't check (or care) about rebates when doing a PM, and you might not.

Thanks OP.

At that price, I might have to give it a go. Been waiting forever for the Dell 1907fp to go on sale for a good price. Anyone know how good this lcd is?

I also posted this deal at FW and some people are getting the pricematch and rebates, so keep trying. Office Depot has the LCD for 329-70 rebate so you can also try pricematching there with the Best Buy ad.

I wonder if Staples would Price match other stores' AR prices to their normal prices.

You also may not receive the $70 in the mail

Yeah, and you might find one accidentally thrown away in a Staples dumpster too.
