Without seeing a detailed review it's hard to say, but as a general rule, if you are into gaming I'd say the 710T, otherwise the 910V. The 710T features a DVI connector and 12ms response time, which is hard to beat. That being said, analog D-Sub mode on Samsung monitors is typically excellent, so if you don't care for gaming the larger screen is a definite bonus. I have a Samsung 191T (25ms response time, DVI) ... great 19inch monitor, but there is some noticeable ghosting on games.

Pixel Pitch is up to 0.294 mm from 0.264 mm.
The contrast is up to 1000:1 from 600:1.
Brightness down to 260cd/m2 from 300cd/m2
Response Time is up 25 ms from 12 ms.
View Angle is 10 degrees larger.
Warranty is 3 years rather than 2 w/ labor.

710T - $470
910T - $550

The main advantages of the 910T over the 710T would be the larger screen, wider viewing angle, and better contrast ratio. The 710T having higher brightness, faster response time, smaller pixel pitch (better), and an identical warranty.

Being a gamer, if the 910T were 16ms or better it'd definately be the way to go, otherwise I'm sold on the 710T. However I don't necessarily like 19" LCDs, heck I'm used to UXGA (1600x1200) on a 15" laptop, surely they can do better than 1280x1024 on a 19" LCD, oh well.
