Samsung 900NF or KDS AV-195TF, which to get

I can get the 19inch KDS AV-195TF at Office Depot for $399.00 or the Samsung 900NF from Outpost.com for the same price.
My concern is, if I get the KDS locally and it is defective when I get it home, at least I can return it to Office Depot. The Samsung from Outpost would probably have to be returned to Samsung. So, can anyone tell me the following please

1. For the same price which of the above should I get.

2. Anyone know what the return policy is through Samsung and do they charge for shipping of defective monitors
