Samsung 900NF 19" Flat Screen Monitor Problems

I just bought one of this monitors from Outpost.com, and there seems to be a problem with these monitors. I went throught 3 of these and all of them have the below problem.

When the Monitor is powered on or wakes up from sleep the image gradually shifts from bottom of the screen to the center. When powered on half of the taskbar is invisible and below the screen and then shifts up to be centered. Once monitor is completely warmed up the image is perfectly centered with your saved screen settings. Monitor is running at resolution 1280x1024 wiht 85Hz or 100Hz.
I have tried it with a different Computer on a different Video card, but to find the same problem.

This is very annonying and unacceptable for a $400 Monitor.
I talked to samsung Customer Service and they say monitor should not do that and is propably a bad piece, but I have gone through 2 replacements and am on the 3rd piece of this monitor and all of them have the same issue.
Am I the only one who has this problem because everywhere on the net everyone else has nothing but praises for this monitor.
Am I missing something here.

And oh yeah this were all brand new monitors from their latest stocks.

Thanks for your Help.

I thought that was normal for most monitors. It just needs to warm up. My 900nf does the same thing. Getting a replacement I don't think would help.

I too thought it was normal, it's why you are supposed to wait for the monitor to warm up before adjusting it.
