Amazon posted the Samsung 850PRO SSD 256GB today at $149.99. I walked in to my local MicroCenter, where it was selling for $189.99, asked them to pricematch, and they did!! I also applied a $30.00 store credit, bringing it to $119.99 plus tax. A good deal? It was this, or the Crucial MX100 256 GB,(a better value), but seems to be having some issues with not booting and such.

I posted this in case someone prefers to deal "brick and mortar" for this kind of stuff. BE KIND !! It was actually my very first posting. Hope it helps someone.

Crap, from the title I thought you were saying Amazon would price match microcenter. Would have been nice to get an i7-4790k for $250.

This has been 149 for a few weeks now. The main different is no free copy of AC:Unity.

It has? Where? Not on Amazon:

Looks like just since Thanksgiving, but people overlooked it (at least around here) because of the insane deals on older SSDs.

I only started looking at SSD's the last few weeks, and this was the lowest I saw the 850PRO on Amazon. If it was lower elsewhere, I didn't see it, as I don't shop too many other places. The 840PRO did drop to $135.00 in October. I just bought the SanDisk Extreme 64gb USB drive on Amazon for $27 Wednesday night last week, and today it was at $48.00. So, I know what the prices have been on Amazon. And today was Cyber Monday, and I bought from a "brick and mortar". Go figure.
