Fry's in-store deals suck for me the same way Microcenter in-store deals suck for other people.

Fry's could make a killing with a store in the Detroit Metro area, even though they'd compete with Microcenter... which is busy all hours of the day, every day of the week.

I'm glad I took advantage of the Samsung 500GB SSD eBay/NewEgg deal a couple of weeks ago.

There is currently a deal on eBay from seller Buy (I assume that's Rakuten) with a coupon (C15FATHERSDAY) for these @ $135+tax for some states, Free Shipping.

The price keeps dropping.

I guess people can get their system ready for the Steam Sale coming up on Thursday (Your wallet is never prepared).

There's a current promo for this where they waive the tax - just came back from my local one in Dallas, $149.99 out the door. Not as good as the ebay deal but if you want local then this isn't bad at all
