Samsung 840 EVO: How is the 2nd firmware fix holding up?

Just wondering how other peoples drives are doing after the 2nd firmware fix that Samsung issued? Has performance stayed up or is it drifting back down?
 
Before this update from Samsung there were moments when I was downloading something via my browser and the download didn't started immediately. In order to get my downloads start I had to stop the current download and repeat the download steps.

With the latest update I haven't seen this however there were moments when software like Winamp hangs or takes a long time to start. I don't know if is from my PC build or SSD
