Why is tweakboy allowed to continue to do what he does and anybody who says anything against it gets an infraction?

I already have a blackmark against my name and I actually like this forum, but something is definitely not right around here.
 
Samsung 830 doesn't really slow down until it reaches its maximum rated life.

it is rated to have 3000 erase cycles, a user reported it slowing down when reaching 8000 erase cycles (more than double the official rated cycles),
and it remained fully functional.

as far as i know, no one reported samsung slowing down under normal working conditions.
