Anyone have this monitor? Looks like a pretty decent budget 17''.
It appears to be a new model, not sure though... Anyone have experiences with it?
 
I have the 753DF, which I assume is one model down from the one you're talking about. It's a quite nice monitor actually, great picture at 1024x768 85Hz. My only problem with it is that I wish it could do higher than 60Hz at 1280x1024, but for that I'd really need a bigger monitor anyway. I'm not sure if that applies to the 793DF too, though.
 
I don't have any experience with it...yet, but am going to pick one up myself. It is indeed a new model and appears to have been out in Europe and Asia for a short while. Doing a Google search turned up some sites from over there with info. The 793 DF and 793 MB are both the same monitor basically (Dyna Flat) but the MB has the MagicBright which appears to be a brightness setting similar to setting the temp on other monitors. I really like the very clean bezel on the front that means the controls are on the side and keep the faceplate clean. A very nice touch and nice design idea.

From past experience with Samsung you can hardly go wrong. I have yet to have a bad monitor from them and they seem to have the monitor design down to a science. I am not sure which country you are in but I believe that in Canada they have a $30 rebate until December 31st of this year.
