Called Staples and received PM with PageComputer.com. PageComputer.com has this monitor for $160.00. Used $30 off $150 coupon (starting with "7"), and received free shipping.

$160 (Samsung 753DF)
- 30 ($30 off $150 coupon)
------
$130
- 20 ($20 Samsung mail-in rebate)
------
$110 (PLUS tax)

Nice price for a VERY nice monitor.

When I ordered... I mentioned that I "believe" that Pagecomputer.com had free shipping. The gal that took my order did not even check..... as I mentioned to her..... I would also be using a coupon code that included free shipping from Staples. Went without a hitch.

Good luck!
:)

Okay, so it's $130 shipped, and $110 after rebate.

The "shipped" price is the price you pay to.. uh.. have it shipped to you. You pay $130 and get some back later.

Keep up the good work.

Its just as posted. (After MIR).

Lol... lets see how many different ways we can word this....
$119 shipped (after $20 MIR).

Can I get an amen.

Also.. unless Staples will accept a COMPUSA rebate (the $50 rebate mentioned in the OTHER post), that deal won't work.

<< $130 shipped, with a $20 rebate, good deal on a good monitor. another way to get monitor too -thread >>

dude.. the guy said $50 MIR for the same monitor... what where you thinking off??? that makes this a smoking hot deal. Take another $30 off and it becomes $130 shipped, $80 after MIR

Cybordolphin... Modify the title :)

so your saying it's $160 shipped, with $30 coupon and $20MIR?

or $0 shipped (free shipping) + $130 Monitor - $20 MIR ?

lol

Jokeram i dont think anyone ever found the $50 rebate. and those are two seperate statements, the first one does not refer to the other thread.

1: $130 shipped, with a $20 rebate, good deal on a good monitor. --refers to this thread--

2: another way to get monitor too -thread --a link to another thread, simple huh--

Jokeram.. I believe the other post shows a $50 rebate that can only be used (good luck if you can find the form), at COMPUSA. So you can not get the $50 off.

I have a MIR coupon that I picked up for the 955DF for $50 at MicroCenter and the coupon does not say anything about it being store specific... so I figured it would be the same coupon. I tried calling the rebate center but they asked me to call back in an hour.

Yes Rally.. that is the 19" monitor.. but what I meant was that the coupon was not store specific so the one at CompUSA for the 753DF might not be store specific either.

Two things:

1) Do you call staples.com for the price match?

2) What's the difference between the 753 and 755?

Thanks,

Sal

Well...just in case the Pagecomputer price doesn't take, Outpost is selling the monitor for 179.50 with free ground shipping. With the Staples coupon and the $20 rebate, you still can get it for $129.50. Not bad. Thanks for the heads up.

By the way, the FREETV can be used with ANY coupon, including 30/150 or 40/200 :). If they BS you claiming the total order has to be $150 plus the value of the TV, order it with tv, and then call back and ask for the coupon to be applied. I can forward anyone who wants the original staples email.

The $30 off $150 Staples coupon includes FREE shipping.. as does the
$40 off $200. However... if you order by phone (800 3STAPLE), you need to use a coupon code that DOES NOT start with a "9". Just use one of the coupon codes that starts with a "7".

These coupon codes can be found at some of the other sites that understand that the coupon codes are perfectly legal to use, and be shared.

I also was able to order the Envision 17" monitor, and received an instant $70 off the price after the $40 coupon. BUT that was only because when I ordered the..... Staples "Mainframe" was not working properly (darn... how convenient..hee hee), and delayed my transaction (making my purchase late for the rebate purchase deadline), however... they miraculously then had the monitor(s) in stock. So due to circumstances beyond control.... my order did not get processed in a timely manner. Thus.... the instant $70 price adjustment (beats waiting for a rebate). :) I hate it when they say they don't have an item in stock.... seemingly whenever there is a run on a product (heavy buying on an item). BUT I don't think this monitor will have as nice a pic as the Syncmaster.

I've heard that when you pricematch, you are giving up the free shipping though.. Is this true?

Also.. Pagecomputer has the monitor for $162, not $160. Did you just give the approximate cost, or did they raise it $2?

Has anyone gotten Staples to PM with Pagecomputer?

Thanks,

Sal
