Samsung 730B, difference between analog and digital, quality wise?

So I'm using the standard cable for my smsung 730B flat screen LCD....if I dished out hte money for the component cable, so that I could run it in digital, would I see any upgrade in picture quality?

In all honesty, regarding 2D, there is no noticable difference between VGA and DVI on this monitor at least for the 930B.

But, in 3D, (ie gaming), I do notice some ghosting with VGA, and none with DVI. Just what I see though, it may be different with other users.

Across multiple models (Dell, Samsung, Acer IIRC), I have noticed a difference in moving from the HD15 analog to DVI digital cables. IMHO, it is well worth the $20 or whatever a DVI cable costs, but that may not be true for everyone. There will be a difference; what matters is whether that matters to you personally or not.
