Samsung 710VT...

Hi all,
I have read a lot of praise for the 710T but it's out of my price range. Apparently Samsung is putting a new model out that has almost the exact same specs, but without DVI and with a contrast ratio of 500:1. I can get it from a local dealer for $300 (no tax, no shipping) and am wondering if it is a kick-ass, screaming deal, or if I should wait a bit for something better to come along. I'm in no GREAT hurry, but these 710VTs look awesome.

yes, that is a very good deal. Beats newegg's $429 and pricewatch's $362 by a lot. (next best price is $409) Very good deal.

thanks- I ended up doing it. He did end up charging me for tax (it's a local sale, I guess), but not for shipping so I got it for around $325- Not bad, I think!
