Yes it is, is says so clearly in the title.

I would call newegg.com and ask them for details if they can (such as dead pixels).
Anyone knowof any problems with a refurb?

I don't think that they will tell you that the unit that you ordered (or are about to order) has dead pixels. Read the return policy before buying
