I just got my Samsung 700IFT tonight and I'm very happy with it but i have noticed a situation where the display sags at the top - but there appears to be no setting to get rid of it?
Anybody else have this problem? I did not notice this problem on the display models :(
The worst case is when using Internet explorer as it really seems to highlight the sag.. :(

I've got the same problem on a KDS AV7TF I,m trying out. There's simply no adjustment, to my knowledge, to correct this. It seems to be a problem with flat screen monitors, where it is very difficult to adjust the screen image perfectly rectangular.

I think perhaps I'll just need to make use of my 2 years on site service in that case...;-)

If you happen to find out how to correct the sagging at the top of the screen, let me know through this topic. Thanks.

Guys, last December I bought a Samsung 900SL, and returned it due to hot spots on the screen (Best Buy was ]very good about the return). I exchanged it for a 900IFT, and noticed the same phenomenon - sagging of the screen. Not overwhelming, but there nevertheless.

I called Samsung tech support (before I returned to SL, and after I got the IFT) and asked them about this sagging. They confirmed that flat screen monitors have this tendancy, and suggested fooling w/ the angle at which you view the monitor. FWIW now after nearly ten months I don't see the same sag that I originally saw. Can't explaing why, but there's little to no sag right now.

I think this has to do with the "concavy-ness" that happens when you first view a flat-screen.
