samsung 7.0 ics for 249.99 new tablet ?

Saw an ad for this samsung tablet sunday and I think it is the new 7.0 tablet that ws talked about at a trade show in Jan or Feb. The model number is Samsung 8GB 7" Android Ice Cream Sandwich Galaxy Tablet Model3113TSYXAR. I can not find any real specs for this model but it is a dual core and think it is possible a ti 4460 omap4 not sure. Anyway I have seen some info that this is supposed to be released in the UK first and then US but also saw the UK release was delayed. HHGregg shows it available.

Anyone seen a review of this tablet or have expierence with it? Is it just a Tegra 2 with ice cream sandwich of a different ship? Thanks for any info you can shed on it

If it's the 7" version of that tablet, it's still crap but at least it offers better value than the $399 price tag they have on the 10" model which only a complete moron would buy such a thing.

Below is the link I saw when trying to search for information. They only say 1ghz no mention of exact processor. Good price but not a tegra 3 killer but is it any better than all the tegra2 tabs out there?
