Samsung 305T (regular or plus) owners- help please!

Hi guys,
Just bought a Samsung 305T, so far the PQ has been really nice, I really dislike S-IPS SSE and SDE effects (silk screen effect/screen door effect) These are common in Rear Projection tv's and drive me mad.

Anyways I decided to go with the 305t.
After hooking everything up- the Display is a bit crooked which annoys me, it also has one small dead pixel.

BUT the main thing that im trying to figure out if its normal or not is It has a CONSTANT clicking or weird ticking sound from the back, when i poked my head around back it was actually quite loud.

Making my Watercooling System to be quite silent, that sound is kind of odd,

Is this normal? or should I be exchanging it ? reason I ask is because NCIX is quite well, anal about there exchanges and you pretty much have to fight to do so. But I dont want
to spend 1300 bucks something not perfect.

I wouldn't put up with a single dead pixel if I payed $1300 for a screen. The clicking, my TV 'sometimes' does it, when it's switching modes, or suddenly loses power. I think it's unhealthy, and always cringe when my TV does that. I'd return it if I were you, but then again, I'm a lay person when it comes to monitors, even though the clicking doesn't sound normal to me, it could very well be normal ...

Actually the clicking isnt like occasionally , it happens all the time when theres a display on the screen and its pretty annoying, I guess I will be returning it.
What a pain! thing was huge to lug around in my car lol
