Had this samsung printer for a bit over a year now. has worked very well until recently. a week ago i had to move a couple things around and i unplugged the printer. took a bit to restart it as all the lights came on. I knew it was getting down on toner but still had about 30%. After several tries it worked. Sunday unplugged it again to move desk and when i plugged it back in all lites were on .
toner lite is red
eco light is on green (never use eco setting)
wps lite is blue and the rectangular +- lite is orange.
I replaced toner but still nothing. I tried using the wps to reconnect wifi nothing
Each time this happens when i hit the power button all lights come on but the motor running sound does not happen.
I checked all the paper runs looking for jams nothing. took out toner cart and replaced it nothing. also took out the imaging unit nothing wrong with it and put it in and nothing,
