Hey guys,

I have a Samsung 215TW, and for one reason or another it won't change from 60 to 75 hz even though the option is available (via Catalyst Control Center). Also, in the monitor menu it says that it's at 65.4 khz... does that sound right? My previous displays never mentioned khz so I'm kind of curious.

I also figured it could be my video card being too old to support a high refresh rate at that resolution (9800 pro). Sound possible?

Anyway, thanks for your time.

65.4 kHz is about right for the horizontal frequency on a 1680x1050/60Hz vertical freq monitor.

No 20"+ screens that I know of can run >60Hz at this point regardless of graphics card.

Edit: No 20"+ LCDs that is.

Oh, weird.

I've been getting this weird nauseousness that I had over the summer on old CRT's and bad flourescent lighting... but it might be from something else.

Good to know my monitor isn't jacked though :)

Thanks
