Samsung 213T- Monitor flickers??

Hi guys,
I bought Samsung 213T just a week ago. I notice this during Game only. I play warcraft3 quite often. And during game, the monitor kinda go blank. and then turn back on in 1 or 2 seconds. It seems like it's refreshing. How do I resolve this problem?
Thanks

what resolution are you running w3 on? LCS monitors have a native resolution that you run it at. Other resolutions are scaled, and therefore will not look as good.

I was running 1600x1200 32bit
but the game froze a couple times on me. i thought that my high resolution caused that. since then i've been running 1024x768 32bit.

even when I was still running 1600x1200, the monitor was doing the same thing.

any ideas?

This sounds like a video card problem. What card do you have? It may not be up to the task of driving the 213t.

Be sure to set your refresh rate override in the cat control panel. i imagine 75 is the highest refresh rate for that resolution.

Do you have an ATI video card? You need to select or unselect "Alternate DVI operational mode" in Options in Display Properties (advanced) to stop this. It happens to all LCD monitors with certain drivers (like Omega.)

If you are playing call of duty with an ATI card at 1600 x 1200 you do get freezing. I have the Samsung 213 T (awesome moitor)... My Radeon 8500 froze only at 1600 x 1200. I downloaded the patch from ATI but it still froze. I just played at a lower resolution until the new cards come out (supposedly today, still no reviews)
