Samsung 19" LCD Models?

Looking through different retailers, which model is the best? I'm looking to do graphics and occationally play games...so i'm looking for the best!

Samsung 910T
Samsung 192N
Samsung 192T
Samsung 193V
Samsung 910V
Samsung 193P
Samsung 191N
Samsung 193P

All of them appear to have 25ms Resonse times. The 193V has a 20ms though.

I looked at the Dell 1901FP, but it has a 600:1 contrast (where all these samsungs appear to have 700 - 800:1) Is higher better?
