Samsung 172T - Are there any video cards with 2 DVI outputs to handle 2 of these beasts?

I would prefer an ATI All-In-Wonder 9700 128MB Pro as the price should be dropping with the advent of the 9800, however, I heard this card only offers 1 DVI output?! for that much $$$ and in the days of digital LCD it only offers 1?!

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated...

I've used an Asus nVidia Geforce4 MX 440 dual DVI-I card. Too bad the VGA quality from those DVI-I ports sucks terribly. The 3D gaming performance is nothing to write home about either. There are other nVidia cards available too with dual DVI though.

I haven't seen an ATI consumer card yet with this option, but on the bright side, VGA on the ATI cards is almost as good as DVI at the 1280x1024 resolution. In fact I've been using my desktop with VGA for the time being to keep the DVI port open for my PowerBook Titanium DVI. (I will switch over soon to DVI on the desktop soon since it's not that big of a deal to swap the DVI cords between the laptop and desktop, and I can still notice a pretty significant improvement with DVI.)

I have a Gainward GeForce 4 Ti4600 GS with 2 DVI outputs and they works very well with 2 TFT screens. However, you do get more functionality using analogue ports as you can set the geometry, colour, brightness etc individually as opposed to having DVI do it automatically.

It only has 1 monitor connection, so at least its DVI. AIW cards are not dual head.

All right, so let's say I don't get the AIW and just the 9700 pro. What's a good TV tuner with a high quality chip (like the Theater 2 with higher bit audio) and full on card MPEG compression so it will work with Windows Media Center edition?

Try looking in the videocard forum. This was discussed there with a list of videocards.
