Samsung 170mp lcd?

I'm looking at getting an LCD monitor soon, and I've been looking at quite a few of them.

Does anyone know if this monitor is good for gaming?

Or how high the quality of the tv output is?

I called Samsung up and asked them about the response time, and they told me it was 35ms. Is this a good speed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
