For anyone interested, AG Neovo introduced a new "E" series LCDs. They come in 17 and 19 inch sizes, they have a glass front bezel, and the specs are quite nice. They are up on the website now.

Also they have told me that they will be coming out with new X-series LCDs in 19 and 20 inch sizes. The housing on the X series is steel. Very sturdy.
I doubt any are 16ms but they havent sent me the tech spec documents yet.
