SamsonJ providing false info to potential customers

This guy SamsonJ is using my eBay membership account's feedback rating as his own and I'm very upset over the whole issue. Please report any of your dealings with this individual to eBay, PayPal and Anandtech.

Below is a copy of an email string that was sent to me by a concerned customer almost duped by SamsonJ:
